Calling all yoginis! Saturday, Jan. 23 marks Yoga Day USA, a nationwide event focused on spreading good karma and bringing yoga to the masses. Created by Yoga Alliance (yogaalliance.org), a non-profit organization dedicated to education, practice standards and instructor certification, Yoga Day USA brings communities together with free or discounted yoga classes. Whether you're a regular yogi or practicing for the first time, the one-day event encourages all ages and fitness levels to come together and celebrate the mind-body benefits of yoga. Spread the word, try something new and attend a local Arizona event.

Free Yoga Day at Urban Yoga, Phoenix. Stop by the modern, eco-friendly studio in the heart of Phoenix for a full day of free classes on January 23. Includes Urban Flow, Urban Power, Urban Zen and all other classes scheduled that day.

Yoga Week at Golden Door Spa at The Boulders Resort, Carefree. From Sunday, Jan. 17 through Saturday, Jan. 23, Golden Door Spa is holding a special schedule of workshops, lectures and yoga classes in honor of Yoga Day. Yoga week activities are free to all Boulders Resort guests, Boulders Members and local residents receiving a 50-minute spa service (day of only). Free Yoga Classes at Just Breathe Yoga, Phoenix. Downtown Phoenix's hip wellness sanctuary is holding select yoga classes free of charge on Saturday, Jan. 23. Includes Yoga Orientation for Beginners, Yoga Basics and Yoga Flow.
