Absolute Vitality Spa

Tucked in a boutique space within the Fiesta Resort and Conference Center, Absolute Vitality Spa has an unmistakably spa-like feel. Dimmed lighting and soft music set the relaxed tone and with two treatment rooms located at the back of the facility, services are performed in complete peace and quiet. My massage therapist began my treatment by carefully stretching every muscle in my arms and back. Next, he worked on my neck (the tightest and most problem-prone part of my body) with a combination pressure point and deep tissue therapy. Throughout the massage he made sure the pressure comfortable but strong enough to feel results. After my mini-massage session, my therapist took extra time to show me some neck stretches to do at home to help with tightness and headaches. I was impressed by how knowledgeable my therapist was about massage and also how to remedy a variety of neck and back issues. I felt more relaxed and less tense in my neck and back when I left Absolute Vitality and was impressed by the staff's friendly vibe and customer service. Don't get me wrong, it always feels good to have your back rubbed but with focused breathing and stretching, my tight muscles melted in under 30 minutes!
