I’m a spa girl with a busy schedule — meaning my days don’t revolve around massages and facials — but instead, client meetings and to-do lists a mile long. So after I booked my 55-minute massage, I was thrilled to receive a confirmation email with the date, time, notification that I had a male therapist, cancellation policy and contact information. Props to the management on that one! Upon arrival, I was greeted by their welcoming front desk staff. The cozy lobby was decked out in rich woods and lush, comfy chairs that made me start to relax immediately. Once settled into the spacious treatment room, my therapist asked me questions before he got started and took a vested interest in what I wanted to achieve with my massage. I elected to add aromatherapy to my experience and chose the the lavender for relaxation, which for an additional $10 and it was well worth the added expense. My therapist was extremely knowledgeable, had a great touch and pressure. Because of my propensity to back pain, he was especially cautious and attentive to my back muscles. He even gave me exercise suggestions at the end of my treatment to care for back. Definitely a good experience and one that I would recommend.
